Can I just throw away my old batteries?

No, laws require that all batteries, even basic alkaline ones, be recycled. We can do that for you – just bring them in.

Fluorescent bulbs

Fluorescent bulbs including CFLs (Compact Fluorescent bulbs) contain mercury and must be recycled.  We have a place we send old bulbs, so you can bring them in and we’ll recycle them for you.  We charge just our cost.  Prices range from CFLs which can be recycled for 50¢ to 48” bulbs at 2.84 and up to 96” bulbs at 5.16.
